Jeuveau ® is an FDA-approved prescription medicine used to improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines) in adults. Ask your doctor to tell you all about Jeuveau ®. The effects of Jeuveau ® may spread hours to weeks after injection causing serious symptoms. Alert your doctor right away as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems or muscle weakness can be a sign of a life-threatening condition. Side effects may include allergic reactions, injection-site pain, eyelid drooping, and swelling.

BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) is indicated in adult patients for the temporary improvement in the appearance of: – Moderate to severe lines between our eyebrows “11’s” glabellar lines associated with corrugator and/or procerus muscle activity – Moderate to severe “crows feet” or lateral canthal lines associated with orbicularis oculi activity – Moderate to severe “frown lines” or forehead lines associated with frontalis activity

Must be age 18 or older to receive treatment.

Average unit estimates for each area:

• Forehead- 10-20 units 
• 11’s/between eyebrows- 15-25 units 
• Crows feet/outer eyes- 4-24 units
• Lip flip- 4-6 units 
• Gummy smile- 4-6 units 
• Dimpled chin- 5-10 units
• Platysmal Bands- 15-30 units

Consultation Fee $100
*If you schedule a consultation and undergo treatment on the same day; you will NOT be charged the consultation fee.

*If you schedule your neurotoxin treatment for a different day; the $100 consultation fee will be SUBTRACTED from the treatment total on the day of your appointment.
