Lip Blushing

Lip blushing is a semi-permanent tattoo where color is implanted into the lips using a tattoo machine. I do my best to match the color to your favorite lip color. Immediately following the procedure, lips will feel dry, chapped, tight and tender to the touch. They will appear swollen and bright in color. You will be given non-petroleum jelly lip balm to apply on lips several times a day. This procedure can take up to 3 hours. The duration of lip blushing varies due to skin type, lifestyle, and the color of the pigment, but typically lasts 1-3 years. I have no control over how much pigment your lips retain. A touch up “perfecting” appointment will be performed between 6-8 weeks after your initial procedure.

Price:

Initial appointment: $300

Perfecting appointment: $100

If you schedule your touch up appointment after the 8 weeks; there will be an additional fee since I will have more work to do.

3D Areola Restoration

This is a tattoo procedure that creates an areola/nipple or replicates the remaining areola/nipple. This technique is for anyone who may have had total loss, irregularity or inconsistency in their areola and nipples after any type of breast reconstructive surgery. I use a technique called pointillism in which I implant various sized dots of pigment to create a 3D nipple. Pointillism is a safe technique for fragile breast tissue. Areola tattoos typically last 3-8 years. However, lighter colors will likely fade faster than others. Sun exposure can fade tattoos very quickly. Unfortunately, a unilateral areola will not likely be a 100% match to the other areola. Procedure can take up to 3 hours depending on how well the tissue accepts the pigment. I do my best to make the areola tattooing process as painless as possible by applying numbing gel before and during the procedure.

Price:

Initial appointment: $500

Touch up procedure: $100

Scar Camoflage

Did you know that some scars can be concealed with medical tattooing? Sometimes scars are accompanied by strong emotions and the feeling of vulnerability to face life after changes to your body brought about by health issues, surgery, or a traumatic injury. I’ll compassionately guide you through this process.

The first step is to reduce and improve the scar tissue utilizing Procell Therapies Serum. This stem cell technology creates more even skin tone and boosts the collagen in the scar tissue. I apply the serum and then create microchannels using the tattoo machine. Microchanneling is similar to microneedling.

Scar tissue is very unpredictable to work with. It may not accept pigment, it may accept the pigment and appear much darker than the pigment color used, or it may take the pigment exactly as anticipated. Due to this, adding pigment to the scar is never the first step taken to conceal the scar. I will custom blend various skin tone pigments to hide scars that are lighter than the surrounding natural skin tones.

Every client needs a consultation to determine if your skin will cooperate with this process. The scar can’t be a bright pink or red color, raised, or really dark. The camouflage procedure duration is 1 hour. After 1 hour of working on the skin, the scar tissue gets inflamed; and the inflammation will begin to push the pigment out of the skin.

Price:

Consultation Fee: $50 (this includes a pigment color match if needed).

Scar Camoflage procedure: $200

Subsequent procedures: $100-150.

Saline Tatoo Lightening

Saline tattoo lightening is a safe and effective method draws pigment up and out of the skin. There are so many factors that need to be evaluated including your Fitzpatrick Skin Type, how well your skin heals, how opaque your tattoo is, if the ink was layered or not, what types of ink used, and if you’ve had other removal procedures in the past. A numbing cream will be applied & covered with plastic wrap for 30 minutes before starting the procedure. Using a tattoo machine, a high grade saline solution is tattooed into the skin drawing the pigment or ink to the surface causing it to scab. I repeat this process two-three times depending on your skin integrity. A saline soak will be applied for 10 minutes & then cleansed off. It’s that simple. How many sessions will be required? Unfortunately, I have absolutely no idea. It can take 2-3 sessions on average even in the best-case scenario.

Price:

Consultation Fee: $50

Initial lightening procedure: $200

Subsequent procedures: $100-150 (depends on the size of the area treated).

Time between treatments: 8-12 weeks. *Your skin needs time for the broken pigment particles to work their way up and out of your skin.
